Valentine’s Day is one of the most intense — and at the same time most beautiful — days of the year for us.
Flowers speak for you: of love, gratitude, and care. That is why we approach this day with the utmost attention and dedication 🤍
As every year, we expect a very high number of orders. In order to maintain the quality, aesthetics, and service you are used to at Urban Bloom, we have set clear rules for Valentine’s Day orders.
🌹 Pre-orders until February 8
We accept Valentine’s Day pre-orders only until February 8.
After this date, we cannot guarantee:
- specific flower types
- color palette
- product availability
Any later orders will be reviewed individually.
If fulfilling the order is not possible, we will contact you directly.
👉 We strongly recommend including your phone number when placing an order to ensure fast and efficient communication.
🚚 Delivery & Pick-up on February 14
On February 14, we offer:
- in-store pick-up
- delivery throughout Prague
🕗 Opening hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Orders placed in advance have priority and will be:
- prepared first
- delivered and handed over first
🚗 Delivery outside Prague
In addition to delivery within Prague, we also offer Valentine’s Day delivery to cities and towns surrounding Prague,
up to 15 km from the city boundary.
👉 For these orders, we recommend contacting us directly by phone or WhatsApp.
Delivery fees will be calculated individually, based on distance and time capacity.
This type of delivery cannot be guaranteed without prior personal confirmation.
In-store pick-up – important information
If you have an order for in-store pick-up:
- please wait until the order status changes to “Ready for pick-up”,
or until you receive a message confirming your order is ready.
If you arrive before receiving confirmation:
- there may be a short waiting time.
We do our best to ensure a smooth process and thank you for your understanding on this exceptionally busy day.
Pick-up without waiting
On Valentine’s Day, our administrator Alina will be present in the store.
